Our installation has been a long process due to the amount of work required and some late appointments but have to say no it’s complete it’s fantastic. We recently bought the Stovax Stockton 5 Wood Burning stove. Great price and great advice from Chris in the store. It was delivered a few days later and only took half a day to install. We've rarely had a night without it lit since! Even burning a single log at a time it puts out so much heat that we're turning our heating off in the evening now. I'd certainly recommend both the Stovax Stockton 5 stove and Simply Stoves to anybody looking for good, competent service at a great price.

Saw the Fireline FP Electric Stove on 2nd December. Been looking for some time and immediately impressed by the simplicity of the stove, the logs inside and the adjustable flame. Ordered on the Monday and delivered Friday AM, at the time we were told, and the kind gentleman brought it in and put on the hearth. The stove is perfect as you can see. The pipe has magnets so attaches very well with a clean fit. First class service start to finish. Only drawback is the TV remote turns the fire off when we press OK!

Recently had a Stovax studio 2 from simply stoves. Would highly recommend them for the price and also the level of service from Chris and his team. Thank you.

Bought Huntingdon 40. Fantastic piece of kit that really does the job and looks the business. Item arrived with a slightly blemished panel but Chris sorted this out and sourced a replacement part immediately. Chris has also been excellent helping me with queries about the stove several months after purchase date. Customer service like this can be rare and would definitely recommend simply stoves for both their prices, advice and aftercare service.

This was the second stove that we purchased from you and on both occasions the stoves were very competitively priced and the advice and service given was helpful and delivery within timescales stated. The driver was also willing to get the stoves into the garage. I would use you again without hesitation and recommend also.

I have recently purchased a Huntingdon 20 Electric stove and just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service and product. I ordered over the phone which was a pain free process and received an invoice immediately. The stove was delivered after a week or so and the driver kindly helped me carry it over the doorstep to leave just inside my doorway. The stove had clearly been unpacked and checked and so it was easy for me to unwrap and install. I have not really used it fully as it is the summer but hopefully it will work well this winter. We can't fault Simply Stoves. They had at the most competitive prices, delivery was prompt and on time, and the after-care customer service excellent. Highly recommended.

Their prices were the best we could find, and the service was fantastic! I contacted them to discuss delivery options, and they were able to offer next day delivery. In fact we received a phone call from the delivery driver at 8am the following morning to let us know he was half an hour away, and he arrived spot on 8:30am! Fantastic service from start to end!

I wanted some advice on how to go about getting a wood burner installed, found the staff helpfull, polite and very efficient from the first point of contact to having the stove fitted. Would recommend them to anyone considering getting a stove.

I visited simply stoves to enquire on having a wood burner installed. Was seen to by Chris who was so helpful and thorough in finding us the right stove. From purchase right through to install the customer service was second to none and we are now loving our new wood burner. Definitely would recommended.

In my opinion this was a terrible customer experience. I was sent the wrong version of the Stovax Stockton 4 stove I ordered (Woodburning only not the multi fuel I ordered) and when I complained and showed the invoice to prove it the first guy Chris admitted fault and promised compensation or replacement at their expense and would call next day. He didn't and I couldn't get through to him for a week as he wouldn't answer phone to me or was always busy and would call back later, could only get his assistant who tried to blame me and refused to exchange the stove for the right one or offer any of the promised compensation above the difference in price between the stoves (The wood burner they sent is listed as £75 cheaper). Now Im stuck with a less efficient stove which cost me almost £3000 to buy and have installed, because of their mistake! Incompetent with the order and rude, and arrogant customer service. AVOID!

I wanted a woodburning stove and had no idea where to begin. Chris was really patient and happy to explain and help me to find the fire that I waslooking for. I also needed a fire quickly and it came within 2 days of placing my Order. He was also very competitive on price too. Having worked in sales I understand the secret is to keep it simple and make it easy for your customer. Chris did both these things and I would recommend him highly to all.
