The driver damaged the manhole and frame while unloading the skip, that happened on 14 August. Inquiry and follow up sent to company, and no response received. I phoned the company, a female staff answered and introduced herself as Jouna, she was totally unprofessional, rude, unethical, and not client oriented at all. I will have to take legal action against this company.
