Smart Gym is Glasgow's affordable, family-friendly gym.

We are the only low-cost gym with a creche and our mission is to make exercise and wellbeing affordable and accessible for every family.

We believe that by helping parents instil positive learned behaviours through gym-based exercise, and using physical activity to improve mental health, we can create deep-rooted, long-term social change within our community.

Smart Gym disrupts the fitness industry by welcoming children age 8+ to use our gym alongside their caregiver and ensuring children aged 0-8 are looked after in our onsite crèche whilst parents workout.

Using a collaborative approach, we provide 1) physical activity-based interventions e. G. Family-friendly gym sessions, fitness/yoga classes, member-led activities and personal training that are 2) low-cost, including 3) free crèche facilities, paired with 4) trauma therapy, hypnotherapy or life-coaching (in some cases).

Additionally, Smart Gym are proud owners of Glasgow PT Academy - an accredited training centre providing gym-based, in-person level 3 personal training diplomas to people wishing to embark on a rewarding career in the fitness industry.

Smart Gym offers a range of ALL-INCLUSIVE gym memberships.

For only £22/month, you get:

• Gym access for 1 adult + 1 child. *.
• Free creche (age 0-8) - child plays whilst you workout.
• (or free gym use if child is over 8yrs old).
• Up to 12 free classes a week.
• Private free-weights area.
• Discounted personal training.
• Private shower facilities.
• Complimentary tea, coffee and water.
• Free parking.

- First child gets in for free and then it's £10/month her additional child.

Smart Gym is:

• Formed and led by parents.
• The only low-cost family-friendly gym, • Located in The Wedge, Pollok, opposite Silverburn.
• Open 05:00-23:00, 7 days a week.
• a Community Interest Company (so your money is used for good!).
