Just bought our 2nd rental property which was in a fairly bad state. The team at SmartClean were able to fit us around their rather busy schedule which included our 1st property. The cleaning was very thorough and enabled us to get the rooms advertised and filled quickly. We will be using Beccy and team again.

SmartClean carried out an end of tenancy clean for me. Communication was excellent, brilliant customer service, and the clean was immaculate. And best value for money I found.

SmartClean Bristol cleaned my flat before I moved out, and the work was fantastic. The flat was 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a kitchen, and a bathroom and the standard of work was simply excellent. The letting agent was completely satisfied with the standard of the rooms cleaned. The staff were very friendly and extremely diligent. I plan on using SmartClean Bristol for any future work I require. Highly recommended.

Very understanding of the overrunning building work and fact that plumber still unexpectedly had floor up when they arrived! Coped with house full of stuff, mid renovation and at the end of ten weeks of loft conversion (pretty dusty). Cleaned even more places than I had hoped for in the time (6 hours of 3 people). Would recommend.

Beccy and her team were great, they were punctual and efficient and their work was excellent. They worked around our need to hang cleaned curtains by clearing those areas first and kept smiling all the way through a long day. I wouldn't question recommending them to anyone.

Very good company and I would highly recommend them. The work was done to a high standard as well as with a smile. I used SmartClean to do an end of tenancy move, I was busy with work, moving and about 10 other things so Beccy and her team really took the stress out of moving. It was one less thing to worry about! The kitchen and the oven were cleaned spotless, as was the bathroom. So I would have no hesitation in recommending SmartClean and will definitely use them again in the future.

The Smart Clean team cleaned the house I was moving into and the flat I was leaving, both needed a thorough clean. The team did an excellent job, and were friendly, reliable and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to several friends.

I contacted SmartClean as I needed a professional clean carried out on my tenanted property. Being an hour up the motorway added to the stress of trying to sort this out. However, Beccy could not have been more helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. She arranged to pick up the keys from the Letting Agent and the cleaning was carried out on a Bank Holiday Monday. Beccy and her two cleaners did an amazing job working from 11am to 8pm. The house was gleaming, and even though I wasn't there at my new tenants' check-in the following day, I'm sure they will have been very happy to move into a lovely clean home. I would definitely recommend SmartClean to anyone looking for a professional quality service and I will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Smart Clean cleaned my 3 bedrooomed house when I moved into it, in December 2015. They did an excellent job and the house, and in particular the kitchen and 2 bathrooms sparkled when they had finished. They were thorough, hard working and professional in their approach. Matt and Becky who run the organisation are also personable and reliable people. I would and have recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning services.

Very happy with the service from Beccy and Matt. We contacted SC for and end of tenancy clean for our two bedroom flat, including an oven clean and washing three carpets. Matt picked up the keys at my work the day before the clean and confirmed how to get into the flat as well as if there were any particular things we wanted them to look at. Both Matt and Becky were very easy to contact and kept us updated with when they would be in the flat. They had three people working in ours between around 1 and 10. 30pm, which is when I got back from the pub. The flat was left in a great condition. And the cleaners were all very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Beccy and her team for end of tenancy and weekly cleaning since 2012. They are extremely professional, do a great job, and attend to details we hadn't even noticed. They are friendly and trustworthy. We have recommended them to many people who have also been very happy.

Extremely disappointed with the 'professional' clean. Skirting boards still had dust on, flooring wasn't dried properly. And a little rude when asked why the sides of the fridge weren't cleaned even though specifically requested? Will not be using again. Beware! Just received a threatening phone call to remove this review or they will 'take things further'! Absolutely appalling way to treat your customers.

Best cleaners I've ever used - Matt and Becky run a great team of friendly hard-working cleaners. Used for an end of tenancy cleaning and now for regular bi-weekly cleans in my new house. Always very impressed with the high standard of cleaning and communications. Keep up the good work!

I had a full deep clean of my house ready for preparations for my soon to be born baby. I have a dog and a cat so I wanted carpets cleaning as well. The team did such an amazing job, I cried a little when I got home, only partly due to hormones! The whole house was spotless, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
