We just want to say a big thank you to Smartmove for packing and moving us last week. The packers Jade and Reeves were brilliant and efficient and had everything packed up by lunchtime. On moving day Jonny, Pete and Henry were fantastic and so kind to our 3 year old who loved the lorry. We’re so glad we booked Smartmove and can’t thank you all enough.

From the initial engagement Smartmove were great. Good clear pricing, clear terms and conditions etc. We had to move the dates a couple of times as we had issues 'in the chain' but eventually we got a clear date and were able to proceed. The house pack service was excellent, great care and attention to safe packing and loading of our stuff. Very speedy as well. The move day they smoothly collected all the big utilities and furniture items and we easily got out on time. For the move in they were again careful and great about getting our stuff into the new house and set up the key items just as we needed them. Happy, cheerful, speedy and super efficient we sat down at 7pm in our new house for a cup of tea surrounded by organised piles of boxes to sort through. They popped by a few weeks later and collected all the boxes as well. We have now used Smartmove for 2 moves and they have been absolutely fantastic both times! The whole process from booking to move day was seamless. On the day Jim and his team made us feel completely at ease and in safe hands, allowing us to feel stress free and focus on the excitement of moving into our New Home! Highly recommended!

Lovely team that moved us in March 2024 but unfortunately there was damage to some items of furniture - emailed them repeatedly over the past 6 months and never any resolution. Understand there were some personal circumstances that stopped them responding for the first few months but still no resolution - lovely people but perhaps not the most careful with belongings.

Harry and Ollie we fantastic today moving my mum out of her home into her hew short term accommodation. Looking forward to seeing them on the next stage of the move. Thanks Guys :-).

Thank you to everyone involved in sorting our move yesterday but a massive thank you to Jonny, Luke and Jay for their hard work in that heat yesterday. The whole process was flawless start to finish and the guys were amazing. Everything is still in one piece and I will be recommending you to anyone I know who needs a removal company! Also another shout out to Jonny who was so kind to one of our new neighbours who was very interested in the lorry, Jonny really made his day.

Smartmove were absolutely amazing for our first big move! Definitely the best money we spent in the whole process and we cannot recommend them enough. It was super easy getting an initial quote online and then booking a video quote through their website. It was really quick to show them our stuff and they were spot on with their estimates for boxes. The price didn't change much between the online quote and talking the move through with Matthew which meant there were no surprises. We were super happy they were able to accommodate our move date with just over a week's notice as well since we were waiting on completion dates for a while. Throughout the process we had good communication through email and were given lots of info to help us prepare. We had to go and pick up boxes due to the short notice nature of our move and having enough time to pack but that wasn't a problem and the place was easy to find. On the day of our move, David and Harry arrived on time at 9am and were really friendly and cheerful, setting us at ease. Really appreciated they introduced themselves straight away too. We honestly could not believe how quickly they loaded everything up. They were so professional and helpful and the entire move was done by 2pm! Moving day was not stressful at all thanks to them and we had time to clean whilst they loaded/unloaded. Overall a fantastic service that we would definitely recommend! Can't rate SmartMove enough. Izabella in the office was always so friendly and understanding with our booking which moved a couple of times and wasn't confirmed until quite last minute. On the day Jay and the guys were friendly, organised and efficient. They put a real shift in to get us relocated across the Welsh border. I'm so pleased we chose to use Smartmove.

The team from Smartmove were excellent from start to finish. We gave Smartmove almost no notice and they stepped up exactly as you’d hope a company would do when you need them. They quickly updated the estimate they provided last year, booked us in with 7 days notice and then kept us informed from start to finish. On the day the team arrived at the agreed time, confirmed a few details and then just got on with packing up the house whilst I carried on working. They worked diligently and determinedly to ensure that as much as could be packed on day 1 was packed. On the actual moving day they again arrived on time, told me they’d be packed by 12pm and they were bang on time. At the other end they unpacked rapidly, but carefully, reassembled beds, a wardrobe and the dining room table, all without a scratch………. The team were polite and respectful, grateful when we bought them lunch and generally made everything as smooth and as simple as it could have been. I cannot recommend them highly enough, moving house is the most stressful thing we’ve done, it beats weddings, funerals, and anything else I’ve encountered. Had the Smartmove team in to pack and move house in the run up to Christmas. Could not have been happier with every aspect of the service. Hard working crew, top blokes who did not stop working for 2 full days other than to grab a quick bite to eat. I could not recommend Smartmove enough.

Everyone made this is a comfortable and pleasurable experience from start to finish! The office staff were great - Izabella was quick to answer e-mails and flexible during the inevitable back and forth of agreeing exchange and completion dates. The team were also great - efficient without feeling rushed due to an appropriate level of preparation and staffing. They were also flexible and adaptable, responding to various requests and complications. And they were very friendly; it was a pleasure to have them in our home!

Absolutely brilliant. Fast and efficient booking service via a virtual video quote + email booking. The packing team (Andy, Chris, and Liam aka 'Bacon') were amazing, worked non-stop the day before we moved and were very patient and considerate (we have 2 small kids and a LOT of stuff). Next day, the moving team (Nathan, Harry, Oli, Zak) were incredible, moved heaven and earth to get us into our new family home on schedule, including rebuilding beds etc. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Will use again, if we ever move!

Such a FANTASTIC service from start to finish - I couldn't recommend Smartmove more highly. Nothing was too much trouble - even the rain and very poor access on my congested Bristol city street! One team came and part-packed the evening before, which totally took the stress off the next day. Both the team I had the night before and on the actual move day were so friendly - it sounds mad but they made what I know can be such a stressful experience fun! Thank you all SO much! A really competitive price - with the added bonus of no hidden/extra costs!
