Spectra solar is a family run business in the renewable energy sector. Not only do we install solar panel systems, we also cater to existing solar pv systems and upgrade them to newer technologies such as battery storage.
We currently operate within 2 hours of Greater Manchester.
Our website has a free piece of software to troubleshoot common problems with existing systems called: Inverter repair wizard.
The inverter repair wizard has been created to solve simple issues relating to older solar systems usually with inverter faults.
The majority of existing installers have gone bust so that leaves a lot of older installs with no one to look after them.

Spectra solar carried out my solar panel installation on my home. The quote provided by Mike was broken down into a format I could understand. No high pressure salesman talk from anyone at the company unlike others that have visited my home and tried every trick in the book to get me to sign. Spectra solars quote was competitive, not the cheapest however the equipment used was a far better standard than the cheaper quotes. If you're spending all this money on a system you want to know you're getting good quality equipment! The install team was very professional and considerate of my home. They completed the install in one day and I was generating power before they left. Emma from the office provided me with login details for the app on my phone to see what my system is producing and it is extremely easy to use. I would 100% recommend Spectra solar to all my friends and family. It is very hard to find a company to trust spending all this money but I am happy with my choice and would do it again if I had to.
