Late to the party as 3 days after Pete finished, my little one arrived 10 weeks early. Even now 6 months on we couldn’t be happier with the work Pete did for us. No job was too big and he was always joyous to be around. Pete was extremely clean and would always tidy at the end of each night and left us with essential appliances so we could have dinner and breakfast if needed. We will always recommend and use Pete.

From the first time we met Pete when he came round to quote for a single storey extension we thought how professional and friendly he was. He listened to everything we said, advised on how we could achieve our ideas and got back to us quickly with a reasonable quote. Pete started work in February 2019. He project managed everything from organising to be here for any deliveries, to sorting skips and other tradesmen when he needed to. This was exactly what we wanted as we didn’t have the project management skills to do this. Pete always made sure if he was indoors that our dog was safe and secure, which again made us feel happy that Pete cared so much to make sure our dog and house were always looked after. Pete always cleared up and tidied away every night and safety fenced areas off when needed. We found him honest, reliable and a really good guy! Always happy to go the extra mile to get the best finish and to give us all that we wanted. Pete has made our dream extension come true. He has also gone on to do other jobs for us including new windows, landscaping and fencing in the garden and even managing to reuse and relocate our conservatory! Pete built our large family extension in the summer. Very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. Never phased by any little problems that can arise from knocking into a 1902 Edwardian house or adding in new ideas as we went along. Lots of extra added jobs was never too much trouble. All finished to the very highest of standards. Got Pete back to build our kitchen. Got Pete back to replace our garden fencing. Got Pete back to build our patio. Pete Stratton renewed our bathroom which involved replacing floor joists and flooring and fitting new suite and a new shower. We would highly recommend him as he was very hard-working, cleaned up as he went and did a perfect job. Mr and Mrs Jacobs.

Pete has yet again done a fantastic job fitting a sink and toilet into our downstairs toilet/clockroom. Pete is a realible and clean builder. I would always recommend him. Thank you Pete.

Pete built us an extension to the downstairs of our house. As a result we now have an open plan kitchen, dining room, family room and a new patio. We are so pleased with our renovation. Pete is completely reliable, trustworthy and did an amazing job, he always tidys up after himself which is not easy when you are knocking down walls and pulling out kitchens etc. We are so pleased with the results and his standard of workmanship is excellent.

I am so highly pleased with all the work that Mr Stratton did from start to finish in removing my old kitchen and then installing a complete new kitchen. The quality of his work. And attention to detail …was truly exceptional ! Mt Stratton is trustworthy, punctual and diligent…. And carried out all the work in a friendly and efficient manner. Pete had done several jobs for our family, all to a very high standard. Has just completed building works and a refit to our kitchen, which I am highly delighted with. Pete has knocked down walls, installed Windows, rebuilt walls, plastered and refitted my kitchen all to a very professional finish and was always friendly and courteous.

Pete has completed several jobs since I moved into my new house. He has repointed and seen to underskirting on a weather wall, removed a bath and fitted a shower enclosure. He has also coved my kitchen, removed a chimney and filled in and plastered where the original fireplace was. All work was carried out to the highest standard and I am extremely pleased with the result. Have recommended him to many colleagues and friends.

Pete has done a couple of jobs for us. He removed our sitting/dining room/kitchen walls creating an open plan downstairs living space including re-structuring part of the stair case, he replaced the old radiators, installed new electrical sockets and finally painted and decorated throughout. He then did a second job which was to re-fit and tile the bathroom rerouting the pipework, installing a durga valve, tiling the whole room and reverse hanging the door. He did both these big jobs to our exact plans and was able to adapt to our ever changing instructions. His work is precise and accurate. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others, and I will certainly use him again for future work. Well done Pete and many thanks!

Peter has undertaken numerous jobs for me in the last two years and I have found the work faultless. Peter is multi-skilled, turning his hand at ease from a complete garden patio replacement which resolved significant drainage issues; to beautiful floor tiles in a 30ft long kitchen; to classy French doors and a high quality kitchen refresh. Peter is always friendly has a good sense of humour and is happy to please no matter how trivial the request seems. He applies an attention to detail approach taking pride in the work he does for his customer. Pete Stratton has fitted a split level cooker in my kitchen and refitted my kitchen to a high standard. He has fitted a extra small bath in a very small bathroom. He listens to your requests and carries out the work quickly and cleanly I can recommend him as an honest and cheerful person and he will be carrying out more work for me in future.

Faultless. Peter is honest, reliable and trustworthy. We had Peter fit a kitchen, paint the house top to bottom, build a garden retaining wall and mend a hardwood conservatory. He did all of these with precision, quality and maintained an unerring good humour. Peter's work is always thorough and he put up with me changing my mind with excellent grace. He is a hard worker and was prepared to work weekends and bank holidays to get things finished. We have no hesitation to recommend him to others, in fact we have already to our friends and neighbours and now he is a regular visitor to our street.

Remove old small patio and replace and extend with larger tiered patio. Add electrics and lighting. Kitchen and Utility Room refurb. I can't praise and recommend Stratton builders enough. Patio - They carried out the work in good time. Were perfectionists, going above and beyond and I will definitely be using them for any future building or improvements. Kitchen - Pete is a perfectionist but also showed unlimited patience when Wren kitchens constantly supplied the wrong products. He done the most amazing of jobs and has left us with a high spec finish.

Peter has just finished our fence and completed our patio which has transformed our garden no end. He was very professional in his work and I would not hesitate in Recommending him or using him again for other work.
