After placing a order with this company I can say this is by far the best company I have ever delt with the service is out of this world and the products are first class.

Supplyonlybedrooms have a great product, it's unfortunaty let down by poor design, logistics and customer service. We did a project that should have taken weeks but took months to compleat, with countless phone calls and emails to sort out the poor design, missing and incorrect items. I would not use Supplyonlybedrooms again, and would not recommend them to anyone. There are many other companies with a simmular product.

Ordered bedroom furniture in January and after 2 months I have just received the seventh delivery most of these have been wrong items or missing items the delivery driver does not get the message to leave items in the garage but he certainly knows where I live on the first delivery they sent the wrong draw unit so they said keep it thats for the inconvenience. The fitting instruction are very poor the pilot holes are nonexistent I have fitted 135 kitchens in the last few years so I should know what to do so dont try fitting if your not an experienced installer, Supply only bedrooms have blamed there suppliers but it is them that you pay so they should accept the responsibility but they have not, just said here is an item that you didn't wont and we cant be bothered to pickup so that is yours goodbye. THERE ARE OTHER SUPPLY ONLY COMPANIES ON THE INTERNET SO GO THERE INSTEAD.

It was a bit of a shot in the dark ordering a chest of drawers online to match a wardrobe I already had, but I was very impressed with the service from Supply Only Bedrooms. The chest is so well made, delivered on time and looks really good in the room. I have spoken to Mike a couple of times and he was very helpful. I can highly recommend Supply Only Bedrooms.

I have fitted three bedroom suites supplied by this online retailer and have been very impressed with the quality of the units supplied and care taken in delivery. The flat pack units were well made and relatively easy to assemble and the finish of the super white ash units when installed attracts compliments from all that see them. The customer care and after sales service can only be described as outstanding. Like most jobs that entail many components during assembly it's not always easy to make sure that everything was ordered first time but SOB provide such a good turnaround on these items that this doesn't present a problem and is always sorted the next day. If only all businesses operated with the same ethics, well done SOB.

We have recently ordered and received fitted wardrobes from Supply Only Bedrooms. They are sold as a DIY product but come with no instructions. Whilst the wardrobes were easy it took many phone calls to chase for instructions for fitting the drawer fronts. We eventually received illegible hand written measurements that we could not interpret. We employed an experienced fitter who also struggled as it turned out the measurements were incorrect. We ordered mirrored doors that were supplied with mirror that did not fit and was not safety backed and therefore did not meet British Safety Standards. The mirror was replaced by a local tradesman who was shocked at what had been originally supplied. For three wardrobes they delivered five right hand doors and one left hand door. Each time I rang to complain I was met with a distinct lack of interest or empathy. I would not recommend this company. Despite the company's response that all issues have been resolved to our satisfaction I would strongly dispute this. I accept that there are over 50 positive reviews however all but one are from quite a while ago. I can only judge from personal experience.Moreexpand_more

The service from Supply Only Bedrooms was first class with excellent communication throughout. The quality of the units was excellent and the finished room looks brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the near future.

We received excellent service from this firm from the start. Responded and assisted efficiently with requests prior to the order being placed and they were able to build for us an individual flat packed unit to fit in with our requirements. The furniture was delivered quickly and is of excellent quality. Excellent customer service and product. Would highly recommend.

Website gave sufficient information to make informed choice, when all agreed and furniture delivered there was a mistake, mike was extremely quick in sorting things out, in fact called me on a Sunday! And the replacement goods were there a week later, very good service, customer orientated, can highly recommend J Mann Dragonstone Ltd.

Can't say enough good things about Supply only bedrooms. From our first initial enquiry they were most helpful and sympathetic to our very short time scales, moving from a house with built in wardrobes to one where they were none. The units arrived on time, well packaged and were unloaded by two very friendly Welsh lads. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the units and the high gloss doors and drawer fronts which when assembled gave the room a modern look and feel which is what we hoped to achieve. We were lucky to have enough space to cover all options and went for three 1000cm wide units, one with a double hanging rails, one with a single hanging rail and one that combined shelving space with three very spacious drawers, the top of which gives a great space to my nicnacs including a basket for my belts as well as a mirror. We finished the look with a gloss side panel and white gloss plinth, my husband filled the area above the wardrobes and the units with a piece of MDF sprayed in white, as well as two bedside units. The attached photo's show the high gloss look which reflects the lighting and decor brilliantly. Should add that the units went together simply and the box of fittings had enough spares, which we didn't need. My hubby is not a chippy or a DIY fanatic but did a great job.Moreexpand_more

Have just finished installing my bedroom furniture and am very pleased with the results. The ordering process was simple on the easy to navigate web site and Mike arranged to reduce the height of the wardrobe to fit my ceiling height which saved me a bit of work. The delivery arrived when they said it would and was well packaged. There was one item missing but Mike quickly despatched this to me with no hassle. The furniture itself is really sturdy and of good quality. I fitted it myself and found it went together easily. The prices are less than one of the national installation companies would charge. I would definitely recommend this company and will be placing another order soon.

I came across Supply Only Bedrooms online, and have now placed two orders with them. The goods are of excellent quality, and were delivered on the day stated, by helpful drivers. The fitter I used was very impressed with the way the wardrobes went together so easily, and both bedrooms now look as good as I hoped they would! All in all, an excellent product, excellent service, and very nice people to deal with.

Brilliant product, brilliant service, I've been fitting crown wardrobes for a number if years and I've been a fitter for sharpes and they are far easier to fit ! Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the support and service from this company. From inception, choices and styles of furniture and the quotation was both prompt and accurate. We were advised when goods were to be delivered and they arrived on time well packaged and of superb quality. We are delighted with the finished bedroom and especially the finish of of the goods. It has totally transformed our bedroom and we look forward to using this company again when our next bedroom is to be refurbished.

Initially it was the friendliness of the sales team, headed up by Mike Shea, that stood out from other suppliers we had contacted. Once we made contact by telephone with Mike, we felt sure that Supply Only Bedrooms were the company to deal with. The service and attention to detail were exceptional. We placed two orders in quick succession, both of which arrived on the day stated. The delivery services was excellent and was undertaken by the companies own staff. The few minor problems which were encountered were dealt with immediately. Mike was always quick to reply which gave us a great peace of mind. The product itself is far superior to other DIY chains. The product comes with all the materials and fixings you will need to put it together minus instructions. So be warned if you lack the confidence and competence to brave it alone stick with the major retail outlets. From out initial contact with Mike at Supply Only Bedrooms through to the delivery of the furniture I have been very pleased with their professionalism. All the packs were delivered on the day specified by a helpful driver. The fitter I used was very complimentary about the quality of the doors and fittings and we have ended up with a great look in our bedroom. I would recommend the company to any potential customer.

We are absolutely delighted with our bedroom furniture, the quality is excellent and it looks fantastic, (unfortunately we struggled uploading a photo). Our daughters bedroom is needing refurnished and we will certainly be using supply only bedrooms for this.

Could not find anything we liked in the shops and came across the company on an internet search. They sent a brochure immediatly and they ensured we were ordering correct sizes, fixtures and fittings. We were able to keep in touch throughout and after the transaction and had immediate reponses to our emails. The cupboards are of an excellent quality and the carpenter who fitted them said they were better than those you could purchase from well known fitted bedroom retailers. We are more than pleased with the service, aftercare and the quality of the cupboards.
