Had eyelash extensions done last night. Most of them fell out during the course of the evening so i had to remove the last couple as they looked odd. The salon have offered me an alternative appt and assured me im the only one this has happened to but unfortunately its too late. The original appt was for a special occasion.

I am a regular customer of The Beauty Box Shop and love it! It's an Alladin's cave for beauty products, and oozes boutique style. The prices are spot on for the names and brands you get. The OPI collection are really good, they actually stock more OPI collections than most places. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable, and the pre-order service is fantastic. Definately a fantastis shop in Leicester for branded beauty products.

The shop is dinky and well presented with various top brands of make up, skin care and tanning products. I was impressed with the ranges of OPI nail polishes. The price is spot-on and if they don't have the one you want they will order it for you. Service and knowledge of products by the staff is remarkable. Very friendly, helpful and approachable staff and you don't feel pushed into buying. I am a regular customer now and feel like I'm meeting friends rather than sales staff when I go into the shop. A much friendlier and personal place to shop than the high street and with much lower prices. I would recommend this lovely little shop to anyone.

I found the Beauty Box shop after dining in the small but quaint St Martin's Square in Leicester last week. As soon as i entered the shop the assistant smiled and was very courteous even though she was serving a customer at the time. The products available were of very high quality and neatly displayed, I just couldn't believe the prices compared to the usual high street stores. I found my favorite nail varnish brand amongst others and in the colours I like which are normally difficult to find. I have recommend the Beauty Box shop to my friends as it's hard to find a shop where people actually care these days. The service was brilliant and the prices even better. Kelly H, Leicester.
