On the site of the old Manningham Baths, The Curve is a unique place in Manningham where ladies can work out, dine out and be pampered. The Curve offers state of the art gym equipment, class studio with all the latest classes, spin studio, sauna and steam room, hair and beauty salon, a meditation room and Café Curve.

Our ethos is to ensure that the member has an excellent service from the minute they come into the club until the minute they leave, hence our staff are carefully chosen. As a team we deliver! Our Fitness, Hair and Beauty and Café staff are all MINIMUM Level 2 qualified in Fitness, Beauty Therapy, Hair, and Food Safety.

As part of the membership, members have a one to one with our qualified fitness instructors, who will tailor a bespoke fitness programme for you to follow. In addition, our membership system enables the member to access and keep track of their fitness goals on-line, access to nutritional advice and much more. A 24/7 service.

H. Moore, Master Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner/coach MBIH, member of the CNHC will be available for group sessions.
