Penelope specialises in helping people with Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia or similar health problems to alleviate symptoms and find a way to regain their energy and health. This is achieved through intensive Bio-energetic screening and analysis of the results to formulate an appropriate strategy of optimal diet, nutrition, supplementation as well as herbal, homeopathic and energetic remedies. If required Penelope will offer emotional and mental support through EFT, Reiki healing and counselling.

To ensure most benefits clients will opt for a course of treatments and a general health screen that allows Penelope to optimise the nutritional advice and supplementation so it is ideal for each individual client. Results are immediate and emailed same day to the client with recommendations.
