The Shirley Practice is a provider of complementary health care, including osteopathy, sports and remedial massage, acupuncture and counselling. Opened in 2008, The Shirley Practice is proud to offer patient-centered treatment and rehabilitation to people with a variety of conditions, from out team of experienced and dedicated therapists.

The Shirley Practice offers osteopathy, sports and remedial massage, acupuncture and counselling in new, purpose-built facilities. Conveniently located on the main road through Shirley, access by bus is easy, private parking is available and there is disabled access.
On the first visit, the practitioner will take a thorough case history and conduct an appropriate physical examination. A full treatment, exercises and advice will be given as necessary. Should it be deemed necessary to refer for further investigations such as x-rays, practitioners have an excellent relationship with local GPs and this can be done easily. Referrals for private MRI and ultrasound scans can also be arranged for the next day.
The Shirley Practice will always accommodate patients within 24 hours wherever possible.

All practitioners at The Shirley Practice are fully qualified, insured and registered with the relevant governing bodies. Most have nearly ten year's experience in their field and are required to undertake continuous professional development on a regular basis to keep their skills and knowledge up-to-date.

There are no limitations as to who can become a patient at The Shirley Practice. All the forms of treatment available are safe for any patient group such as children, the elderly, or pregnant women, and practitioners are trained to recognise when to refer for further investigations.

The Shirley Practice is owned and managed by Ben Perissinotto BSc. Hons who has been a practising osteopath for nearly nine years. Ben has gained his experience working from clinics in Sussex, London and New Zealand.
