The best service - Chloe not only knew exactly what was wrong with the tuning on my violin as soon as she looked at it, she knew all the ways to sort it out, showed such patience, such expertise, and I was so glad I hadn't tried to sort it out myself. And she sold me (at my request) simply the best, lightest, smartes case for it I could have imagined. I am now a loyal customer - will go back for periodic services of the violin and would recommend her to anyone. Very good value, and a very pleasant person too.

Received wonderful service from The Violin Company yesterday. My old violin which has spent the last 4 decades in the loft was given a service from Chloe, a few bits were replaced and a few bits adjusted, and I'm looking forward to playing it again.

I bought an ex-rental primavura loreato from The Violin Company for £199. 00 in 2001 as a total beginner. Now, 13 years later and at the age of 75 I decided to treat myself to something a little better. As I'd been pleased with the service I got back then I contacted them again. After some back and forth with Chloe I decided to part-exchange my old violin for a Gliga Gama. I am so pleased with it, it's a visually beautiful instrument with such a mellow tone.
