The Young Academy is one of the top music schools in the country, providing tuition in piano, singing, flute, saxophone, English - both spoken and written - and interview technique for schools and university entrance. Directed by internationally renowned musician Barbara Young (Royal Academy of Music), The Young Academy is based in Pinner, North West London, and offers lessons to both children and adults, both in person at The Young Academy studio and online by Skype.

The Young Academy has been providing the highest standard of music and performing arts education for both children and adults for 30 years. The school also offers the opportunity to perform in concerts. This helps develop confidence which is valuable in later life. Areas covered include Pinner, Hatch End, Northwood, Eastcote, Ruislip, Stanmore, Harrow, Watford, Rickmansworth and Croxley.

Barbara Young - director of The Young Academy - is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, a Fellow of the Incorporated Society of Musicians and an Associate of the Royal College of Music. Other qualifications include Associate of the National Association of Teachers of Dancing and Music Teachers Certificate (London University). Barbara is also fully DBS checked.
