The floor screeding was as I expected it to be, the actual screeding process was easier than I thought, and faster, whereas the cleaning required afterwards was far more than I expected. The only negatives to the process I would say is that they consumed a lot of water cleaning, and that during the process there was a significant amount of waste that had to be spilled loose on the site.

I don't know whose fault but when screed delivered it was short by a considerable amount. More was ordered but the areas where the overlap came were not at the same height. Our tiler had to kango it level! In the small shower(1M x 1. 2M) the screed at the back is 3-4cms higher than the front. Do you have any suggestions for putting this right? Clearly I could have got a better finish with conventional screed. Very unsatisfactory!

We were very pleased with the high level of customer service and the speed in which the job was completed. The workmen were very professional, clean and tidy. We would have no problems in recommending Thermotech to anyone, which we have done so already.

Service from start to finish was excellent, very efficient, polite and accurate in describing the process and requirements. Price rose slightly on the day due top the technicalities of the site. Excellent service.

We had liquid screed pumped into the ground floor of our house over insulation and underfloor heating. The people at Thermoscreed were extremely helpful on the phone before the job. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in less than half the time originally speicifed. We are very happy with the work carried out.
