Best fuel on the market… no kindling required, 2 firelighters, 4 logs. 250c within 5 minutes on a Morso 8188. Spot on delivery service and a great price… Why waste your money on the rip off gas and electric companies ? Six years use so far and never let down. Superb way to do business. A great company.

Ash and Embers have purchased kiln dried logs from Timports for several years now and found them to be exceptional. We use them for our showroom display stoves and always recommend them to our stove purchasing clients.

It turns out there is so much to learn about kiln dried logs. The idea that you can burn anything in a woodburning stove is just old fashioned. I wouldn't have believed the difference each type of wood makes but the heat generation and efficiency we have now is amazing and Ollie talked me through everything I needed to know. The delivery service was quick and kept us informed of delivery dates and times. The driver even called on the day. They really have delivered on quality and service which is why I have taken the time to write this review. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Over the past 4 or 5 years I've tried Timports and 2 or 3 other log suppliers, and whilst the others may appear slightly cheaper, they haven't matched up to Timports' quality. Nowhere near. Dry, uniform in size and burn really well; slow and hot. Another point, if you need to call Ollie at Timports, and he can't answer the phone immediately, I can just about guarantee he'll get back to you very quickly. Very conscientious fella. Third year of buying kiln dried logs from Timports to heat a drafty old house. Timports have kept us well supplied and a switch to 100% beech last season was a really good recommendation. Better fires, warmer rooms and cleaner chimneys not forgetting the pallet delivery - a god send when you get through 8 cubic metres a year.

I have been a customer of Timports for the last 3 years and the reason I return is first class service and top quality logs at a very competitive price.

What a great company, so easy to place the order, great prompt delivery and the quality of the wood was superb some of the best kiln dried wood I have used, I will be recommending these guys to everyone I meet as the prices for this quality of kiln dried wood is exceptional. Its good to see a company in this day and age caring about their customers 5 Stars guys keep up the good work!

Orderd 30 netted bags for my daughter. With 8 boxes of kindling, the haulage company telephoned her to advise the delivery day, and the driver on the day phoned to say drop off time. On speaking to her she said it lights first time burns slow with loads of heat.

Although there was a slight delay in delivery the wood was first rate - it burns as hot and as long as coal but is easier to light ! Very good customer service throughout and would certainly order again.

We have bought a crate of kiln dried ash logs from timports and received delivery after 10 days- a bit long but it was 100% worth it. The crate is HUGE, quality is exceptional, burns beautifully. Will be buying again!
