We would highly recommend Tim and TMF property services. Tim was professional throughout and provided a quality service, including ideas of tile upstands which have provided a perfect finish but something we had not considered. He was not phased by the unusual anhydride screed subfloor and expensive natural limestone which we had chosen, and put us at ease with his confidence and knowledge. He returned recently to do our downstairs cloakroom in the same materials and again have been really pleased with the finish.

Tiling carried out in the kitchen on a pre-prepared area. The work was done well and cleanly and within a short timeframe. I would recommend to others.

TMF did our whole house from bathrooms to cinema room, we couldn't be happier! Tim took over from a rouge tiler, he removed tiling and advised us on our way forward to getting our house finished. TMF property services have recently done 2 excellent pieces of work for me. (1) A bathroom renovation involving amongst other things extensive tiling and installation of a new bath. Impeccably done. (2) Updating 3 elements within the kitchen to replace a fitted dishwasher, and update a couple of kitchen units. Again perfect. In addition when TMF arrived at the property to undertake the kitchen work I explained that the kitchen sink was inoperable due to a blockage somewhere in the pipe network, which 2 plumbers supplied by home emergency insurance had failed to resolve. A 3rd was arriving in the afternoon and was anticipating having to undertake extensive (and destructive) work in the living room to resolve it. TMF suggested that they had a look to see if they could find the problem. Established within 20 minutes that the blockage was in pipework in the dining room (not living room), and had the water running in 60 minutes. Issue resolved. The professionalism, calm assurance, and approach to ensuring the most logical solution was found was invaluable (particularly in the context of the previous 48 hours where it was very unclear if a sensible solution could be found). Heartily recommend - not just for the quality of the actual work, but for the whole process - excellent engagement in establishing what work should be done, for example deeply knowledgable advice on what would work best in our bathroom and kitchen given in the context of understanding what we were looking to achieve.
