Ordered a TNTsat box on Thursday, it arrived on Monday. Received a 'Strong' box. Installed it myself and the box works as hoped. Now have 20+ French channels to choose from so very happy. Aligned satellite with a compass pretty easily with a 80cm dish.

Fantastic service! From the 1st day of installation to few years follow up, Total Sat has given me an amazing satisfaction. Job properly done (keeping in mind not to damage the house), then very fast and easy moving of the service when I moved home. I also had an issue with sat card expired earlier than expected, and Total Sat dropped me a new one within few hours on a Sunday. I really recommend them!

I bought a French TNT Sat box, after some brief email correspondence to verify it was the right one. The box came within 48 hours, as promised. Was very easy to set up, and all working within 15 minutes.

Writing reviews is not something that I make a habit of as I really don't have time, and more often have no reason to do so. In this particular case, I am making an exception, as it is the least that I can do to repay TotalSat for the fantastic support that they have given me. I have dealt with TotalSat for about 10 years and in that time I have purchased about 3 systems from them. I have to say that their aftersales service is absolutely fantastic. Nab Zamali in particular has gone out of his way to help me out spending hours on the phone and by email with me after a less scrupulous satellite company that I used messed my system up. Nab had no hesitation in offering support and wanted nothing from me for doing so. I trust these guys implicitly and their service ethic is something rare to come by in this age. TotalSat know exactly what they are talking about, are very competitively priced, and genuinely are interested to see their customers getting value for money and having a great user experience. The service I received was first class. My faulty Satellite Receiver was repaired and returned very quickly. I cannot fault Totalsat's service and concern for my satisfaction.

I have been buying my annual viewing card for the French channels on Atlantic Bird 3 since 2008 from TotalSat. Receiving foreign TV channels can be quite complicated, but the advice received from TotalSat has always been top-rate. As is value for money and service.

I had a new satellite receiver installed last week. There were some problems - no subtitles and finally an intermittent signal. These have now been resolved. I cannot praise Nab too highly for his patience, politeness, attention to detail ,his ability to explain things very clearly and of course his technical expertise. I have been delighted to find that good customer service is not dead, as I feared but alive and well at at TotalSat. Thank you very much.

I am a full-time mum / teacher and have little time to spend but I do feel I have to find the time to send you a summary of HOW FANTASTIC TotalSat. Have been with us. We ordered a few months ago a receiver to enable us to watch French television. We already owned a satelite dish so we only need the receiver. After several attempts, it became clear that our dish was no longer working. But in the meantime, one of TotalSat employer (called Naiem) was good enough to spend . Ages on the phone with me trying to find a way of getting the correct signal for our receiver. We eventually got a new dish and are now "glued" to our TV set, TOTALLY DELIGHTED to be able to watch our usual French channels. I must say that the service we received from this company is simply EXCEPTIONAL and that if such service could be found in every shop / website, our world would be an amazing one to live in. Our appointed engineer from Total Sat - Nayim - was a credit to his profession. He worked tirelessly to ensure that our needs were met. When encountering unforeseen obstacles he smiled, thought of how to resolve and then set about to achieve. I'd been loyal to a previous company for some 20 years. Circumstances dictated I needed someone new. From the first contact to the install Total Sat have been exemplary.

I ordered a satellite unit which was delivered very quickly but unfortunately developed a fault, i contacted total sat through their website and had a reply that evening, i telephoned to confirm the return which was answered promptly and reached a very helpful person who handled my problem with no trouble, the unit was sent back without any fuss and although there was a delay in receiving the new unit ( due to Total Sat awaiting a delivery ) the new unit which was an upgrade on the previously ordered unit worked perfectly. I was always informed of the situation regarding the replacement unit and have been extremely satisfied with this companies service and customer support, i will not hesitate to use them in the future an excellent company to deal with.

I ordered a Fransat HD satellite system from TotalSat. The online order was processed exceptionally quickly, including a change of delivery address at my request. When I telephoned TotalSat, the staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. The product supplied is first class and met or exceeded all my expectations.

They provided me a brillant satellite receiver and assisted me all along to set it up right and have all the tools required for a perfect use without any issue. This receiver may not be the most sofisticated one ever built or available, but it is the one that I needed, the one which fulfilled the description I gave to the team and most importantly, they provided me assistance with the smile, honesty and genuine good faith on their services and products. Just a quick visit at their place in Fulham will make you understand how better and knowledgeable they are compared to other unscrupulous sellers around. I would recommend them 100 times if required.
