I have been working with this company this year. The sales manager - Kasia, who is being mentioned in some reviews here, was the only positive impression left. She was really professional and helpful. However, as soon as a deal is confirmed and money paid be prepared to be unable to get any information needed. It seemed like everyone just disappeared. Our campaign was postponed twice without notices in advance. We did not get any proof that the campaign was actually conducted, just an email that everything has been done. And as a result - we did not get single response from the campaign, what was extremely unusual. And yes, they will explain you that "no results" is due to your bad advertising materials, poor offers and etc, boring. So, my advise for those, who still would like to try working with them - do not pay 100% advance payment, request particular proofs that the campaign has been made, hire someone else to control these guys. TYM undertook a delivery campaign of approx. 30,000 for us. From our initial contact to completion, the service we received has been exceptional, and attention to detail fantastic. They are prompt to respond to queries, efficient and well-organised, providing a detailed final report and data which was helpful for our follow-up project. I am more than happy to recommend TYM, and will definitely use their services again for any similar campaign work we require.
I had a fantastic experience with TYM. Having contacted a couple of other local delivery companies and not heard back, or advised they couldn't help, I got in touch with TYM. I spoke to Jason and he was friendly, helpful and efficient. The whole experience ran smoothly, from getting a quote, communication throughout the process, to the actual delivery. We have had good feedback from the campaign, meaning people came to our exhibition from receiving a leaflet through their letterbox. I hope to use TYM again and whole-heartedly recommend their services.
Our Organisation used TYM Leaflets Ltd to promote our service by distributing our fliers round local residential properties. The booking process was extremely speedy and efficient. We definately experienced an increase in people accessing our service after the distribution and will be using TYM again in the future.
Great to work with a company who have exceptional communication. Jason and his team always get back to me quickly and we have experienced a positive response since using their services. We were nervous about using a mass distribution company due to previous experiences, however we will certainly continue to use TYM.
Called TYM after a web search. I told them we needed,5000 menus dropped in the Kensington area ASAP. Everything I was told would happened did , arrival times, distribution area, driving me round to see the team dropping our menu's off in all the given areas. TYM will now be our only call for distribution of our products.
TYM were very efficient and friendly in their communications. They put me at ease in organising our flyer drop - something I'd not done before, and were very professional throughout. I was very pleasantly surprised when we had calls within one day of the flyers going out!

I would like to say how impressed I am with TYM and having used them for several months now I will continue to use them and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people. Right from the initial enquiry they were very informative and courteous and took the time to understand our requirements and how best they could accommodate us. Communication has always been second to none and they are very quick to respond to my enquiries. We requested a certain area for our deliveries and they were forthcoming with maps and data as required and we were able to agree a schedule for the next 6 months and more if required. They offer a “ride along” service so you can see exactly how they monitor and carry out the distributions and I recently took them up on their offer to do this. Bee is the supervisor who firstly briefs the delivery people in the mornings and ensure that they have enough stock to start them off. Then throughout the day she keeps in constant contact with them via a tracker app and mobile and they in turn let her know when they need more supplies well in advance so they are constantly working. I met all the delivery people who were very friendly and seemed happy in their role. We have chosen to do 5,000 and 10,000 deliveries and they have always been carried out on the prearranged day and within the time schedule agreed (1 day). Having dealt with many distribution companies I can honestly say that TYM have been the best and most reliable that I have ever had the pleasure to have dealt with.Moreexpand_more
