Underwaterworld have always been reliable and give an excellent service. If there is a problem they always respond quickly and efficiently. Their staff are always pleasant and leave the house clean and tidy after visiting. They provide excellent advice and are always knowlegable and helpful.

I have used UnderwaterWorld for years. Ever since they have been maintaining our tank it has been problem free. They regularly clean and refresh our tank -- including changing our plants, rocks, etc. Regularly to keep them clean and ensure that our fish have a healthy well balanced environment. When our old tank developed a leak, they came out straight away and changed over our entire tank. UWW are always prompt, reliable and are very friendly and professional. We don't need to do a thing other than enjoy our beautiful fish -- all the stress and mess has been eliminated. I highly recommend them.

We found UnderWaterWorld when we were beginning to become disappointed with our aquarium, but Mark arranged for his colleague Luke to come along, he gave the tank a complete overhaul and we were delighted with the finished result. They are quick, efficient, friendly, they now service the tank every six weeks or so, and we are back to enjoying our fish. In addition the fish must be extremely happy because we have babies!

UnderWaterWorld undertook a regular service of the water purification and lighting equipment in our reef aquarium, and also serviced the tank while we were on holiday for 2 weeks.
