We've given several flats to Upperkey in London. Satisfied. Rent paid on time. Maintenance always well done. The building is alway clean. Will keep monitoring their work and will post a comment in 6months to confirm. But so far, very satisfied.
As the owner of a residential building in Printers Inn Court, London, I recently had the pleasure of working with UpperKey, a property management company that provided excellent service. UpperKey's communication was impressive throughout the entire process. They were responsive to my emails and phone calls, and always kept me informed of the progress of the work being carried out. Their transparency and professionalism helped to build a level of trust that made the process less stressful. The quality of the work carried out by UpperKey was also outstanding. They arranged for a team of skilled professionals to carry out routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the communal areas and servicing the lift. In addition, they coordinated more complex repairs and renovations, including updating the plumbing and replacing the roof. What I appreciated most about UpperKey was their attention to detail. They took the time to carefully assess the needs of the building and recommended practical and cost-effective solutions. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to ensure that the work was completed to a high standard. Overall, I would highly recommend UpperKey to other property owners in the London area. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills make them a valuable partner for anyone looking to maintain and improve their residential building. I would rate UpperKey 4.5 out of 5 stars as there is always room for improvement for everyone, but my experience with them has been largely positive.Moreexpand_more
UpperKey has managed my property in Mayfair since May 2021. I am pleased with the partnership thus far and will likely renew our 3-year contract when it comes to term next spring.
