I wanted a dual SIM phone as I was using two iPhones for work and personal and was beginning to get a bit tired of lugging them both around. After searching online I found godualsim and found that the site had exactly what I wanted (Samsung S8 DUOS) which is not available in the UK in the non plus size. Ordered the phone and it arrived a couple of days later, sealed, and with a UK charger inside…. Magic! Overall, very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I recently purchased a Xiaomi Mi5 Dual Sim Pro from Go Dual. Superb customer service and brilliant product. Came out of the box in English, whereas others who sell the same phone warn you that it is in Chinese and you will have to change it, add Google Play, etc. The colour I ordered was out of stock, however they contacted me immediately via email to provide me options to select a different colour or model, offering me a refund if I was not satisfied with my choices. I would not hesitate to use this family business again or recommend them to friends. I am very satisfied!

Having attempted to buy a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge dual sim from another internet supplier that turned out to be based in Hong Kong and then went bust after failing to deliver over several weeks (refunded by Credit Card), I was wary about attempting again on the internet unless something like Amazon. However after more research I found this company specialising in dual sim cards that I was able to confirm was based in the UK. I also happen to find a voucher that would be worth £30 off the price of the phone I wanted, which helped! So I took the plunge and placed the order. I did get concerned when it hadn't arrived after a week and emailed them on a Sunday morning. I was very surprised and impressed to receive an email no more than 2 hours later apologising as they thought it had already been delivered and would investigate. They got back to me the next day informing me that it was not clear what had happened to it from the tacking and that they were sending another one by special delivery. This happily arrived the next day. So whilst a small hitch in delivery, not of their making, the response and resolution was fast and very satisfactory. The Samsung S7 dual sim was excellent value and works brilliantly in the UK (EE) and in the US (AT&T) - Go Dual Sim UK helped me identify the right US sim card and offered practical advice on how to modify the card I had. Would definitely recommend the company.

Excellent service, I had previously had trouble finding a dual sim seller that was genuinely based in the UK, and had been let down before by a shop claiming to be in the UK but were actually from China and sent a bad phone. Simon was true to his word and my phone arrived within a few days of purchase. I was also sent a free SIM card cut to size as well as a free car charger.

Having bought a mobile phone from the internet before, I was very wary about buying another but was forced to do so as it seems you cannot buy a dual sim phone on the High Street. Replies to my enquiries were excellent, the phone was delivered when promised, and I was more than pleased with the price of the Desire X that I bought. After a purchasing a faulty phone Go Dual gave us a full refund of the purchase price. I'm very pleased with how they dealt with the matter.
