Velvet Cottage provides self catering holiday accommodation to customers throughout the UK and indeed the rest of the world. Set-up in 2010, the business is based in Llantysilio (Llangollen). The North Wales Borderlands are a well known holiday destination with many excellent attractions, and Velvet Cottage is exceptionally well-placed to explore them. The cottage is two bedroomed and sleeps up to four. It is positioned above a quiet lane and backs on to National Trust owned Velvet Hill.

The cottage provides full self catering facilities including bed linen, kitchen utensils and TV/DVD/FreeSat. Unlimited UK landline phone calls and unlimited wireless broadband are included, as are all utility bills. Velvet Cottage can be booked for full weeks or, subject to availability, a minimum of three consecutive nights.

The cottage is suitable for families or small groups. Sports equipment storage is provided and a heated outhouse can be used for drying clothes after participating in the wide variety of water sports available in the area.
