VIP Day Centre Specialise in supporting people to live well with all types of dementia, sensory impairment's and disabilities in your local area.

Are you at home alone all day, every day? Are you fed up of looking at the same four walls? Our day care centre is designed to provide you with the support you need. We can help you to take part in activities that will improve your quality of life, delay further deterioration of your physical and mental health, and ensure you have a positive and fulfilling experience. Our motivating activities ensure sensory stimulation for the elderly, a key factor in stimulating and retaining a healthy mind.

Meeting others and creating friendships at day our centre helps to reduce social isolation within our community and delay the onset of dementia. By providing you with opportunities to extend your social networks and form relationships, you can maintain your interests, activities, and social involvement with other adults. This in turn can lead to a better night’s sleep and even improve relationships when your days are filled with fun, laughter and peace of mind.

EXPERIENCED, HIGHLY TRAINED DAY CARE STAFF.
All members of staff have a Diploma Level 3 or Level 5 in Health and Social Care. Are DBS checked and attend regular training in many areas, including Food Hygiene Level 4, Health and Safety Level 4, Medication Asset level 2, Moving and Handling, Risk Assessment and enablement, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding, Advanced Dementia champion training, Diabetes awareness training, Nutrition and Hydration, Falls Awareness, Fire Warden training, COSHH, Challenging Behaviour, Stroke awareness, Parkinson’s awareness, Motor Neurone disease training, Multiple Sclerosis awareness, Dysphagia training, Person Centred Care training, Fire safety training, Emergency First Aid, First Aid at Work, Infection Control level 2, Safeguarding and protection of adults, Managing incontinence, Mental Capacity and DOLLS, Feed safety, Dignity and respect training, Sepsis training, Epilepsy awareness, Supervision training.
And then leave in following after All members of staff receive regular refresher training, attend team meetings and have their work directly observed by managers to ensure the quality of our care meets the needs of our service users.

Our award winning day care centres in Redditch and Bromsgrove have been commissioned by Worcester County Council. Funding can also be accessed through Worcester County Council.
