About Vitality Home Health
We offer a fully bespoke home care service in Gravesend, Dartford and Sevenoaks areas. We are experts in dealing with specialist conditions such as dementia, stroke, Parkinson's and diabetes. Our team of fully trained and expert carers are led by our very own GP. We always have expert staff available so there are no lengthy wait times for care.
We are CQC registered and inspected. Our recent inspections rated us as Good. The full report for our Gravesend and Sevenoaks sites can be viewed on the Care Quality Commission website.
Alongside our home care services we also offer our customers a range of social activities as well. These include exercise classes, a dementia cafe and quizzes. Our Gravesend office also has a sensory garden which our customers are welcome to use.
