From booking the airport transfer to being picked up at the airport there was excellent communication with very clear instructions On our return journey my husband left a bag on the back seat of the car and Vicky the driver contacted us and returned the bag. We booked return taxis to and from Liverpool Airport in May and all communication was great, you always have the worry when going on holiday that the taxi isn't going to turn up but never had that feeling this time. We received a reminder text the day before to confirm the booking had been passed to a driver and then a text on the day to give the name of the driver and that the taxi had been dispatched. Clint took us to the airport and Martin brought us home, both drivers were great, all we had to do when landing was drop Martin a text when we had our bags and he was there within a few mins. Would definitely recommend to others and this is the only taxi company we would use now for airport transfers.
