I was very impressed with Nick. He was punctual, polite, respectful and explained what he was doing and the reason why my aerial did not work properly. I would definitely recommend him in the future. The reason I have given 4 out of 5 stars for value is that I didn't check any other prices before booking, as he was recommended to me.

Recently moved home and thought the new house had an ariel, it didn't! Nick came over quickly, on time and agreed the work at a reasonable price. Nick completed the work and left the site clean and tidy. Hopefully I won't need your services again but if I do I will be in touch without hesitation!

Nick knows his stuff, gave me costings, explained how to reduce them by advising where and what to buy new and aslo explaned how to make savings by not having items replaced that didn't need replacing. I have used Nick on multiple properties in the Bath area and have always found him to be very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He had to search 2 buildings to locate the transmitter and identify why some flats were receiving a weak signal. After diagnosing the fault and recommending a replacement transmitter, we have not had any further problems.

Called Nick to sort an aerial problem. He came that same day. He had all the equipment for a job about which he could not be certain until he saw it. He replaced the aerial and sorted the wiring. He did this quickly, tidily and cheerfully. He charged a reasonable price. Everything has worked well since then. Excellent service.
