If you cancel an order then don't expect to get a refund anytime soon. Mine took a month and a half. You have to email them to cancel it and you don't get a response. You have to chase it up yourself. Telephone lines are terrible. Make you wait ages in a queue. No one gets back to you as promised.

Unfortunately the reviews are true. Absolutely terrible service. Product arrived very damaged and they wont refund as we reported after 48 hours due to being on holiday. We were only advised of delivery date (6 weeks after order) the day before and couldn't change it.

Ordered from this company in January. Completed my bathroom weeks ago but still chasing a refund for items they could never deliver despite them being advertised as in stock since then. Read the abundance of 1 star reviews also on Trust Pilot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Order placed on 26/1 delivery selected 8/2. Thats where all positive points end! . Order was put on hold as the front panel was not in stock however nobody bothered to contact me to inform me, I contacted them to confirm delivery date which is how I found out, annoyed as id taken day off work I agreed for bath to he delivered and panel at later date due 15/2. I had to email to check delivery of the panel and was informed they where now in stock and be delivered next day 14/2…. Yet it never arrived after again waiting all day, I phoned this company only to be told it hadnt even been sent and wouod be delivered “tomorrow” along with my order of end panel… and after a further day off waiting the side panel arrived but no end panel. I was told that the end panel was being deluvered by a company called AKW. Imagine my confusion when I recieved an email from dpd with tracking number! I contacted dpd and gave them alternative safe place delivery details…. Yet again a day wasted NO DELIVERY. “we love” are a complete nightmare to get hold of the phone and give you incorrect misinformation… I have all the emails and messages to confirm info given to me… NEVER USE THIS COMPANY…biggest disaster going.Moreexpand_more

I bought a Showerworx shower enclosure through a builder on September 26 2023. The product was delivered promptly. The product was installed 3 weeks after the delivery due to availability of shower enclosure fitter. I reported about missing parts and issue with sliding door (does not close fully - leaves a gap through which water leaks and makes loud squeeky sound when closing) on October 26. I shared photos of missing parts and video showing fault with the sliding door. The response from Welove bathrooms is not good at all - first they refused to acknowledge the issue saying I should have reported the issue within 5 days of receiving the product. After providing proof, they say supplier is no willing to provide me missing parts. The product is covered by 5 years warranty and I expected them to have these issues resolved but so far the only response that I got is a set of instructions to fix the gap in sliding door. Extremely disappointed with the customer service from Welove bathrooms. I would strongly recommend not to buy from this website.Moreexpand_more

Order Number : 35254. Avoid this company like a plague. Below was how tap arrived. Was going to reject it on delivery but driver said no. Ordered 3 items in total, the sink sounded like it was smashed inside. They wanted me to open the box and take photos when their refund policy on website clearly states items are not to be opened. I had to pay to send all items back. Customer service is on a sub zero level…Buy from them at your own risk.

An absolute nightmare of an online ordering experience! First of all the shopping basket doesn't load and add correctly! Then takes payment twice and after many attempts frustrated and peed off! Then delays in delivery and when arrived 2 lots. Called customer service abd had the audacity to say I'm mistake for ordering 2 sets, told I would gave yo pay vouchers and 25% of goods handling? A month on and still chasing for refund! Stay clear and order elsewhere for peace of mind! A shocking incompetent business from the outset.

This is the worst company iv ever came across ever thing what they say is rubbish they are only a middle man and hold no stock once you place your order they just replace the order with a different company because of this they have no control at all on delivery dates or times so you totally clueless when your £550 item may come as they just a middle man don't be scammed like me and mislead Also when the item came damaged they not interested in sorting it out as they just a middle man and have no control in delivery time/date and not interested in any damage luckily I paid throw PayPal iv Also asked this seller 8 times for tracking information but as they just replace your order with a different company and have no control they can not give you a tracking number they said sorry they will be no tracking information for this order what a total Micky mouse company.

If you have been told by this company that you are being refused a refund or replacement for faulty or damaged items, PLEASE READ UP ON YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS! Their policies contravene the consumer rights act and I hate to think how many times they may have got away with this. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. I have received two items from this unlawful company which both have a manufacturing fault. So the products are just as poor and untrustworthy as the company itself.

Bath not delivered, no comms on this, refund not back within 14 days. Still chasing them. Complete waste of time using these people and any project that you have a deadline on, or need an item in for a trades person, forget it. I would not rely on them. Seems I'm not the only customer with the same experiences. I'd pay more or go to one of those things that use to be on the high street…. Think it was called a shop…?

Possibly the worst company I have come across…. Have tried to get through numerous times by phone, after holding for 20+ mins, with no answer give up. They have taken the money but no sign of my order…. I booked trades around their delivery dates, will probably lose more money for cancelling the trades. The website says family run business with family attitude… I think they will go bust soon, if not already done so.

Honestly I would avoid this company at all costs! I placed a large order on the 26th april over £800. I was told delivery would be 3-10 days. Still not hearing anything and keen to get my new bathroom fitted mainly for my disabled daughter I rang for an update. I was promised the bath that was holding the order up would be here no later than the 4th of may. Today on the 5th of may I rang up and my bath still hadn't arrived at their warehouse. Saying they had no idea when it would be here. I have asked for a refund and am now being told it will take 14 working days for a refund, so that means I will more than likely have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund and then place my order elsewhere with a reliable reputable company! Would never order from here again! Being messed about from the beginning. Edit: it is now 14 days and i'm still waiting for my refund, honestly avoid this company at all costs.Moreexpand_more

The absolute WORST online ordering experience I've ever had. Terrible business ethics, communication, policies and systems. The 2 month long ordeal in dealing with this company and the disaster of an order is too long to add to this review… But I wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy. Still waiting for a refund as well as being told an item is out of stock after chasing, well after expected delivery date. This is after them advertising the wrong item and making me jump through rings of fire to correct their mistake! Do NOT believe all these fake 5 star reviews that have started popping up en masse… They're trying to rescue their terrible review score which is a true reflection of their pathetic company. Everyone should be reporting these fake reviews to have them removed. Trading standards have been contacted.

We received an email on the day our suite was due to be delivered telling us that the bath wasn’t in stock and it would take at least a week to get it in. We had planned delivery for the slot in the renovations so this delayed us having an operational bathroom. I then cancelled the order on 21/03/23 and was promised a refund within 14 days. As of 18/04/2023, and despite webchats, emails, ‘escalations’ and three telephone calls, still not refund. This is nearly £850 we are owed. I have complained numerous times and am ignored. The communication and customer service is appalling. Will now begin a chargeback or legal action to recover the costs. My order number is 22499.

You get what you pay for…. Ordered bathroom suite and delivery took over 3 weeks vs 3-10 day lead time. Do not trust their shipment dates. ? . Awful communication and service from customer service. Ignoring emails and live chat. Quality of products poor and shoddy and not well Made. I guess You get what you pay for. The low prices are not worth the poor service and products. ?Sink mould was completely wonky and was offered only £20 compensation for a sink that is retailing for £150. ?.Please avoid this company like the plague. ?.Order 22822 - only providing so they can’t claim fake reviews. My advice is to order on credit card and use chargeback claim for any issues rather than deal with this company. They prioritise profits and sales over quality and customer service. Do not buy from here. Ordered two units. One never came so requested a refund. Still waiting a month later. I phone every day and get told there looking into it or there phone back ( they never do) The other unit arrived broken, took me 3 weeks to finally arrange a collection and I dread to think what’s going to happen with trying to get my money back on this one. I spoke to my bank and gave all the details and there opening a scam case. Please do not buy from this company, so wish I hadn’t. It’s been a complete nightmare for over a month.
