West of Scotland Removals

I've used West of Scotland Removals three times now, but the most recent was the first with Andy in charge after Will moved on to new challenges. I suspect Will's excellent service built up a loyal customer base, and it looks like the same level of service continuing under the new management. I wish both Will and Andy all the best with their new businesses.

Will and Andy made what I thought would be a pretty stressful move an absolute doddle. They were incredibly fast and carried out my removals in less. Than two hours…. An amazing feat as I was living in a top floor. Flat and had managed to amass a lot of very heavy equipment. The were both polite, courteous and very good humoured throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and would like to thank them for an excellent service and a completely stress-free experience.

Will and Andy recently helped me with a very emotional and difficult move from London to Paisley. From the first point of contact, Will offered practical solutions, support and empathy. Following our first conversation, I didn't even bother with researching other possibilities as it was obvious from the off that he was the man for the job. What I thought was going to be a problematic move due to what felt like insurmountable circumstances, turned out to be a pleasure, thanks to the instantaneous 'can do' and practical attitude. Will and Andy's good humour and support was unwavering whilst they worked so very hard under stressful circumstances, to pack up my house and relocate my belongings to Paisley. Not only did Will and Andy take care of my things, they also took care of myself and my son and we can't thank them enough for all they've done for us.

The guys did a superb job moving our belongings 3 floors via narrow stairs in a top floor flat. They took great care with some difficult items to ensure they were transported to the new home without damage. They methodically loaded our belongings to ensure the move was done in one smooth journey. A very professional and reliable team. The guys worked very hard and remained upbeat the whole day making the whole moving experience so much easier. Thank you WOS Removals!

Will and his 2 colleagues did a move for me last week(Easter Sunday) from Partick to Elderslie and were brilliant. Very friendly and polite and asked where I wanted the stuff when we got to new place. Also emptied my car with things I had taken myself without me even asking. All done very quickly with no fuss. Price was much cheaper than another 2 companies I called.

Would recommend this company for value and punctuality. They got on with the job on the wettest day possible, no damage or breakages. Never even stopped for a cuppa. Good job well done.

We booked will to do our removal from Erskine to Wishaw and they were punctual and very good with removal. We'd have no problem hiring again if we move and anyone else wondering about hiring id say you would be happy with the service.

The service from West of Scotland removals was excellent. I used this company for our removal in the hope that I would get a good level of customer service and was not disappointed as Will, John and Andy where Fab They turned up promptly on the day, helpful and basically just made the move so much easier, stress-free and no hanging about they worked there socks off and real nice guys as well. I would definitely use them again. Overall the removal was very smooth from start to finish and the guys very friendly and nothing too much hassle and would recommend.

Will and his guys are first class, they made moving all our belonging in and out of storage the least stressful part of moving home, would recommend them to anyone wanting something moved and would use them again.

Let's face it. Moving house is a nightmare in anybody's book. However, if you want to have a moving experience in more ways than one then use West of Scotland a Removals. It's all down to teamwork. There's Will, the seriously overqualified boss, Andy, the cake eater and John the strong silent " I've brought my own pieces thanks" I live on an island and had to delay the move due to weather affected ferries, but this was not a problem for the team. When we could eventually meet up and get going, I was amazed at the amount of work these three musketeers could get through, and with such good spirits too. They were marvellous to work with and I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone. If I live long enough to move again, I shall use this superb company, so Will, Andy and John, thank you for turning a nightmare into a dream of a house move. Best wishes to you all.

WoSR moved us in July (2015) from Paisley to the North East of England. They gave us a very reasonable quote - much less than other quotes we had - and the move was carried out like clockwork on the day. The team was extremely polite, friendly and helpful and we had no mishaps with any of our belongings. We ran out of our own boxes the night before the move and so they very kindly brought a few along for us the next morning at no extra charge. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

Will and the team reacted very quickly to our move. The moved all items with minimum effort and speed. Nothing was damaged in move. Would def use again.

Not a very good company to go with they are very careless with items my two plasma tvs were scratched at the edges my leather suite covered in scratches, asked for a discount and got cheek and told not to phone again when I was only pointing out the fact my couch was covered in scratches which shouldnt have happened and wasnt my fault but was made to feel as though I was to blame, sort your staff out they are not professional at all, and yes I asked for a discount and got one, £25 off which I asked for but before I pointed out the scratches your member of staff said are you sure that wasnt there allready trying to patronise me, he then blamed the close and I said well if you didnt think it would have fitted why didnt you ask me to cover it? Dont understand how he managed to scratch both my tvs aswell though just really careless and unproffessional to be honest. I wasnt asked to sign anything either which I thought any removal company would have asked me to do.
