Westwood Projects will design, manufacture, and install your mezzanine floor to your exit requirements. The process will involve:

1. Free No-Obligation Site Visit.
One of our experienced engineers visiting your premises. Conduct a site survey and discuss your requirements.

2. Site Visit Report and Quote.
Preparation of drawings and quotation.

3. Refine and Consider.
We know this is an investment in your business so take as long as you need. If you have any questions, wish to make changes to the layouts we are here to help.

4. Decided To Proceed.
If you decide to proceed we will ask you to confirm your order with us. We will then arrange for an engineer to carry out a construction survey.

Our design team will then create CAD drawings based on design and site survey. These are then when agreed signed off by you before we commence manufacturing.

We will then prepare a ‘Structural Design Report’ which includes structural calculations for Building Regulations approval. We will then agree an installation schedule.

5. Production and Installation.
Once production is complete, your new mezzanine floor will be delivered to your site, and our installation teams will immediately commence construction.
For peace of mind we conduct regular safety and quality inspections and these are reported for sign off.

6. Ancillary Works.
If you asked us to carry out ancillary works we will proceed with them, including mandatory Fire Protection works.

7. Completion and Hand Over.
Your mezzanine floor project is now complete, we will carry out a final inspection, and hand over to you, ready for occupation.
