Working with Hazel has been fantastic right from the start, Hazel's training has given me the knowledge and confidence to start and continue my property business. The comprehensive online training course is so thorough that there is experience and advice given for every aspect in buying, renovating and renting property. The training led me to build relationships with agents and to my first fantastic rental property, and with the knowledge that I rented it compliantly. This included comprehensive spreadsheets to be able to assess areas and the precise number calculations for the properties that I was viewing and making offers on and also with back up documents and work books. With regular support from Hazel via zoom i always had confidence from her easy to understand and very knowledgable viewpoint. Hazel was recommended to me by chance, at a Property Hub meeting in Exeter in early 2017. I met Hazel in June 2017. My wife and I had previously attended a weekend property investment course but didn't feel confident enough we were on the right path. However, attending one of Hazel’s modules and a one-on-one coaching session changed all that! Hazel has a unique way of communicating seemingly difficult topics in very simple terms. When I have particular problem I need solving or just need a knowledgeable second opinion I often use Hazel as a sounding board for the issue. For years I was wanting to invest in property and after reading books and going to training seminars I was becoming increasingly frustrated at my inaction. This was due to my inability to see and know what would be the best way to start out of all the options. I also needed to work on building my confidence and to work out what would motivate me to keep going "my why". I realised that a coach as well as a property mentor would be best for me so I asked for such a recommendation at a property event. Hazel was recommended and after reading her web site I decided to make a start. As I’m working with Hazel I am finding that the steps to take and the direction to go in are becoming clear. The mystery of it all is slowly being stripped away. This leads to confidence knowing that I’m on the right track and peace of mind that my work is being checked over as I go. I have been on previous training courses which were of the seminar class room type. These were of some value and helped me along the way with legit course content. I found that I could not make a confident start as they did not take your personal circumstances in to account. A cost effective, bespoke and long term mentoring relationship was not openly offered which I realised I needed. I would recommend the service Hazel offers if anyone is at the stage of seriously wanting to make a start in property investment. There is more to this than just the property side of it. My name is Marisa and together with my boyfriend we have been researching and "studying" about property investment at least for the last 6 months. Once we decided that we wanted to know more and be serious about it, we signed up for a coaching programme from a company based in the States where we had 30 mins sessions every week for 2 months. However this was a great start and we learnt a whole philosophy, the coach was never available to review our homework, the customer service line was always busy and having a coach that wasn’t an expert in the UK market really has held us back from making a decision about our first purchase. I met Hazel through a friend that I did in the mentioned course. As soon as I contacted Hazel, she replied straight away and was very accommodating to have our initial free 30 mins conversation over Skype. We ran through our whole story and we decided that it would really help us make a decision to have a 3 hour session. I don't have words or can’t explain how much value, knowledge, experience and sense Hazel brought to our game.
