Wolfheating

My heating had stopped working so I googled oil heating engineers in my local area and happened upon Wolf Heating! What a find! Andy responded to my message straightaway and arranged to come and have a look. He was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem explaining in terms I understood about what was going on with my oil boiler and what wasn't! He had the right part needed for my boiler in his van and sorted the issue within an hour. I would highly recommend Andy and Wolf Heating and I would definitely be using him again. .

Wolf Heating recently replaced our gas boiler and annually service our gas fire. Previously, they re-routed our gas pipes. All work was done thoroughly, professionally and at a reasonable price. We used to use British Gas, but find Wolf Heating much more thorough (and a bit cheaper). Very happy.

Believing that our regular oil service engineer had been doing his job correctly over the years, it was only due to a series of recent breakdowns that the truth came about. Having been left for a week without heating and hot water for it to be supposedly resolved before yet another breakdown, Andy was thankfully recommended to us. In just 2 hours, he worked non stop removing and cleaning all the badly sooted up internal parts as well as replacing parts not previously replaced during the six years we have had our Mistral boiler. Huge thanks to Andy for coming to our rescue. Needless to say he will be servicing and maintaining our oil heating system from now on.

I write this at the behest of my sister, Carol Ainscough, who is not 'computerised'. She says Wulf Heating did a wonderful job on her old boiler and it's working better than it ever did. The team from Wolf gave us a completely new heating system to replace the old, inefficient one we had from when we moved in. Andy was very thorough with his investigations and diagnosis, making sure he had a full understanding of where pipes led and how the old system had evolved in our old property. It can't have been an easy job with lots of pre-prep like replacement pipework, etc. No stone was left unturned when it came to identifying reasons for cold spots and thanks to Wolf Heating we now have an efficient new boiler, new hot water cylinder and new radiators throughout. What's more, they have brought our 200 year old house into the 21st century  with a terrific system called Evo Home, from  Honeywell, which gives us zoned areas so we're not unnecessarily heating unused parts of the house and a simple to use touch-screen control unit. Also simple to use is the app for our phones, meaning we can access the system when we're out.   The app is so user-friendly, even my 82 year old mum in law has mastered it when she needs to alter the temperature in her annexe. Boiler repair - an extremely professional job done. My experience of Wolf Heating and Plumbing was a Speedy, reliable, thorough, trustworthy service as well as being completely affordable. I would highly recomend this experienced company.

Had a bit of an emergency in the kitchen and contacted Wolf Heating, not only was he there straight away but sorted out the problem with no fuss whatsoeverAlso then booked to sort out gas fire as this needed replacing, put new chimney liner in and sorted out fire very reasonable and very happy with this fantastic service.

Wolf Heating came to our home and sorted out a multiple heat source heating system when others had tried but failed? The new system is fantastic and works just as Andy advised us it would. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would recommend Wolf Heating to anyone looking for gas combined with other heat sources they are definitely experts in this field.
