Yorkshire Rose Academy of Dance provides classes for children and adults in and around the York area and bring fun fitness, disclipline and the joy of dance into the local community.

The children's classes (for ages 2½ yrs upwards) are fun, safe, energetic, nurture talent, improve confidence and build friendships. They are all run by professional and fully qualified teachers.

Zumba classes for adults are suitable for both men and women and will help to maintain an active lifestyle whilst keeping your mind fresh, and your body healthy.

Rawcliffe Pavilion, St Marks Grove, York, YO30 5TS:
Mondays Zumba Gold (lower intensity) 9:30 - 10:30am.
Zumba (higher intensity) 7:30 - 8:30pm.

Kerry is a fully trained dancer in many genres of dance. Her expertise have taken her across the world and back and she is now thrilled to be sharing her knowledge and love of dance in a wonderful party atmosphere.

Have only been to one zumba class with Kerry and she is brilliant! Energetic and motivating. Makes you know that it's not just exercise but its fun too. Very welcoming too for my first class. The place is great too - lovely dance studio and very clean. Good value for money for a whole hour.

Kerry runs a FAB Zumba class, I never thought I'd be dancing to Gangnam Style for exercise! It makes it a lot easier to exercise when it's fun.
