Was told phone was broken, turn out to be charging port dirty, never even charged me, where would you get service like that ANY WHERE today.

My daughter completely broke her iphone 7 screen. It was repaired while we waited very quickly. The quality of the work is fantastic. Excellent job will definitely be returning if we ever need to repair another apple device.

My updated Apple iPod Classic was returned to me within the week having been repaired and upgraded to a 256gb SD card. Repairs included a new front and back, headphone socket and battery. My Windows Media Player\'s database had become corrupted, so I had to rebuild that before I could load up my iPod and test it. I\'m delighted with my Good As New iPod and have sent my other two iPod Classics to be updated with new batteries. One is also being fitted with a new screen, back and headphone socket, whilst the other just needs the battery and headphone socket replacing. Why 3 iPods I hear you ask? One lives on a dock on my Hi-Fi, the second lives in my car and the third I take with me everywhere to add some music to my day. Why send them to Apple Repairs Kent? Well the service is quick, quality of work excellent and cheaper than my local Apple Specialist.

The repair was completed well, within the allotted time at a very reasonable price. The technician was polite and friendly. The phone has been working really well since and retaining the charge.
