Three Little Bears has 4 Reviews on FreeIndex.co.uk | Easy to find exactly what I wanted and arrived within a few days, would use this site again. I made a small order for seasonal gifts, mainly items that were out of stock with larger retailers, and indeed with the manufacturer for some items. I was initially VERY pleased to discover the items in stock, I found the stock levels shown on the website very useful in deciding how many of each item to order. All of the items I ordered were obviously actually in stock (as shown on the website), whereas I have previously encountered retailers who display false stock levels and then let you down once you have ordered. This was NOT the case here, all items arrived in excellent condition, very promptly, and accompanied by an email providing contact details in case there were any problems. Overall, I feel that the service I received was nothing short of excellent, and is exactly what many other internet retailers should be offering, but are not. We purchased some lovely Me To You Bears from Heavenly Jewellery for our children at Christmas & they are beautiful quality. We received everything the next day and the free pen was a really nice touch! Heavenly Jewellery have now been bookmarked by us and we will continue to shop with them mainly due to their helpful & friendly customer service, quick postage and quality products.
