Had a door fitted by this company, and it wasn’t fitted properly, I have tried many times over the years to get this door sorted, have been told many stories, ranging from it’s not covered under the Fensa 10 year guarantee to I’ve never contacted them, to which I proved by resending previous saved emails, they eventually offered to come out to look at the door, but the 2 hour time slot was not suitable, did request a few options of time slots, but received nothing. 2 weeks ago the door would not open and I had to go out, so had no choice but to go through the living room window, after spending £1000 on a door, I do expect it to open and to receive a better standard of service. I would not recommend this company.

We had our windows fitted in October 2015. The whole process from initial visit, through quotation to install was no nonsense. Sally was a pleasure too deal with. The fitters were friendly, polite and efficient. The doors and windows look great. No issues after 16 months.

I had a front door fitted in 2014, thought everything was ok, had to contact this company several times for my fensa certificate, only to discover that when a fault occurred with the door it isn't worth the paper it's printed on, and this company is not interested in dealing with any problems after installation. There is a draught coming through the door and when looking at it you can see it's not fitted properly the gap is wider at the bottom half compared to the top, sometimes the door sticks when unlocked and have to force it open, and also sometimes have problems locking the door. Have contacted this company and was basically told tough, it wasn't guaranteed any more despite the fensa guaranteed being for 10 years, contacted fensa and they said we had to contact the company. Think twice before using this company, good products and service until something goes wrong, than forget it.

From the minute Sally walked through my front door I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Her advise and suggestions were very welcome and the end product was better than I could ever have imagined. I had one very large front window done and the bottom glass section has been I filled with upvc panels. The front of the house has been transformed and my lounge looks and feels so much bigger. Excellent job all round, will certainly be using company again and recommend to others.

Sally and her team of fitters have been brilliant. Sally listened to what we wanted and helped us get exactly that. Darren James and Cameron were polite helpful and fun to have around. They worked tirelessly to install our windows and fascia to a very high standard causing us very little distress and mess. Thank you all would highly recommend you to anybody needing work of this type.

Sally responded immediately to our email on the day she was going on holiday! Very good price. The fitter turned up when expected and was clean and quick. Highly recommend windowoman.

We ordered 2 doors from Windowoman and have been very satisfied with both. We would without a doubt go with Wondowoman if we ever need a new door/windwow in the future.

Had new front door installed - Darrin was an excellent fitter. Great price, great value and great service! Would certainly use again - highly recommended.

Had our old front door replaced by WW just last week and I couldn't be happier. The old door was removed and the install of the new one, complete with side panels, was all done within 6 hours. The finish was what really did it for me though - normally you accept that your house will look like a tip after a job is done and that there'll be bits your not happy with but have to live with. Not here. The whole install is to the highest standard and I'm thrilled with the quality. Couldn't recommend highly enough to others if you're looking for a new door.

Just had new doors fitted, a very easy process from quotation to fitting and everything was left clean and tidy with all the rubbish taken away. Would certainly recommend and use again. Thank you.

5 star service. We had 4 windows and a stable door fitted by Windowman and from start to finish it was great. Initial meeting with Sally - no bull, no hours outlining the benefits, no special discount for signing there and then, no knocking the competition - a professional quotation and let her reputation do the selling. The installation was fantastic - no mess indoors or out and Darren installed to an extremely high standard. The finishing was excellent and puts the windows at the rear of the house to shame. All in all, could not recommend too highly.

I had a bay window and new front door fitted and I'm so pleased with them, they look great. Sally was brilliant in helping me decide what was the best for my property and I lam so pleased I decided to go with the purple door I have received many compliments on the colour! From the planning to completion everything had gone like clockwork. Sally's knowledge of the available products and detail in the planning had helped us in our choices with a stunning end result. This was the second time we had used Sally and would not hesitate to use her services again. The replacement front door to match the windows previously installed in our bungalow had involved some building work, bricklaying and plastering, which had been completed to a very high standard by Darren. As before all the work started as scheduled with minimum stress and disruption. This was completed in the two days as planned. I am really disgusted in the so called service given. Wanted a quote which was responded quite quickly and arranged a day and time. Today my appointment was meant to be at 1:30pm. The time is now 2:30pm and no sign of any one. Tried calling 3 times! No response…. This is not how a company should be ran and customer service is obviously at the bottom of their to do list and would rather not have any business! If I hear of any one, friends, family etc looking at using their service I will soon put them off. Such a disgrace! After seeing the reply… We waited over 60mins! Called and called…. Took time out of work, cancelled important appointments to make your appointment which you never made! It was completely acceptable how I reacted on the answer machine yet I didn't keep using expletive words like you have said. If you can't make an appointment you call the customer! End of! It's not the first time that they haven't been able to keep their appointments from other reviews i have seen and speaking to people. Oh well there loss and loss of business from other people…maybe they should think on practising their customer service! There is no excuse why a phone call was not made within half an hour of not turning up! No one should have to wait over 60mins like you have said! Windowoman has provided us with an excellent service, prompt attention and top quality products. The fitters were very able and polite and completed the installation without fuss or mess. We recommend this company highly.

This will be the second time we have used Windowoman. We used them last year to do the front of the house first and due to everything going so well, we had the rest of the house done this year. The windows have improved our house greatly, and the service is excellent, I would highly recommend.

Had 4 windows fitted 5th Dec 2012. I was pleased with the service, price and workman ship until I complained the windows whistled loudly. They responded promptly for the 1st and 2nd complaint but then that I got several excuses for delays left waiting for responses. After nearly a year of complaining I lost faith and got the impression I was an annoyance to them so my problem was not important, I felt I could not contact them again after several of my E-mails and texts got ignored. I am sorry to say I am now getting someone else out to help fix the problem or replace the windows as I just can not cope with it anymore. Bed time is a not a pleasant experience when it is slightly windy let alone a storm. I really wish I had left my old single glazed windows.

Having had seven windows and three doors replaced 2-3 weeks ago by Windowoman we were so pleased with them that we decided to also have a pair of french windows to replace a set of awkward sliding patio doors. They were installed today. Throughout the quotation and ordering process there was always a feeling of ease and trust. No hard sell, huge discounts for immediate order, payment up front etc. All appointments, delivery and agreed work schedules were duly met and the finished article is superb. Quite frankly we couldn't have asked for a more amiable experience than that delivered by Sally who basically sold it to us and Darrin who so expertly installed it. I had all the windows and doors replaced in my house. The price was extremely competitive and the windows high quality. But what really stood out was the quality of the fitting - absolutely exceptional. I was expecting to have to do a fair amount of interior redecorating but hardly any is required because of the care and attention to detail. I would never go anywhere else for windows in the future and would highly recommend Sally and her team to anyone.

Sally and her team were professional, friendly and courteous throughout the whole process of tendering and installation. Good advice was freely given without any pressure, with options clearly explained, and the pricing was competitive.
